Met by Chance or Not? Ive always loved evening walks in the park. That hour before sunset feels like a pause between the rush of the day and the calm of the night. I was strolling along the path, enjoying the cool breeze, when I noticed her. She was sitting on a bench, absentmindedly twirling a paper coffee cup in her hands, gazing into the distance. Her chestnut hair fell gently over her shoulders, and there was a faint smile on her lips, as if she had just recalled something pleasant. I was never particularly bold, but something pushed me forward. Maybe it was her peaceful aura, or maybe it was a sudden certainty that we were meant to talk. "Beautiful weather, isnt it?" I stopped nearby, trying to sound casual. She lifted her gaze. Deep brown eyes met mine, and for a moment, I forgot what I was going to say next. "Yes, especially at this time of day," she replied, squinting slightly against the sun. I felt a smile form on my lips without even thinking. "Im new around here Just decided to take a walk," I admitted.
