My name is Flora, and I am 18 y.o. My world is always filled with music—from soft classical melodies in my headphones to energetic street rhythms that make me want to wander wherever my eyes take me. More than anything, I dream of traveling, to see with my own eyes how this music sounds against the backdrop of bustling Asian metropolises or quiet Scandinavian fjords. I study languages because I believe that to truly understand a place, you need to hear it in your own speech. I love catching the melody of a foreign language, whether it's passionate Spanish or melodious French, and imagining how one day I'll order coffee in fluent Italian at a Roman café. My energy is the energy of the road, openness, and vivid experiences. Music, languages, and travel dreams are all woven together for me—they're the soundtrack to a big life that's only just beginning.My biggest dreams are to wander the neighborhoods of Berlin with a perfectly curated playlist, to sing fado in a Lisbon bar in fluent Portuguese, and to watch the sunrise in Bali. I long to touch musical history at London's Abbey Road and to lose myself in the life of an Italian village, keeping a diary in the local language. My goals are to learn the soul of the tango in Buenos Aires, to see the endless landscapes from the window of the Trans-Siberian Railway, and to weave all the sounds of my travels into a single track. And of course, to read Marquez in the original Spanish and to find one person in every city for a genuine conversation in their native tongue—because that, to me, is the true music of the world.
