Michelle and Alice are two girlfriends who moved to Serbia several years ago. They were both full of hopes and expectations when they left their native countries, and are now sharing their impressions of life in this beautiful country.
Michelle: Hello, Alice! Remember how we first arrived in Belgrade? I was delighted with the architecture and atmosphere of the city. The streets are full of life, and people are so friendly!
Alice: Hello Michelle! Yes, I remember! I especially remember that evening when we walked along the embankment of Sava. We tried local street snacks and listened to live music. It was unforgettable!
Michelle: Exactly! I also like how traditions they appreciate here. I was on several holidays, and every time it was something special. For example, at the festival of St. Savva, you and I danced and sang with the locals.
Alice: Yes, and food! I never thought that I would like Serbian cuisine. Pleskavitsa, Sarma, and also sweets, such as Baclava. You and I even learned to cook a few dishes!
Michelle: Oh, yes! I still remember how we tried to make homemade crayfish. It was fun, although not always successful! But the most important thing is the time spent together.
Alice: I agree! I also love how many places to relax in nature. You and I often get into the mountains or to the lakes. This helps us relax and enjoy the beauty of Serbian nature.
Michelle: And, of course, do not forget about our trips around the country! We visited the Novy garden, niches and even small villages. Each place has its own unique atmosphere and history.
Alice: Yes, and this makes our life so rich and interesting. I am glad that we are experiencing all these moments together. Serbia has become a second home for us.
Michelle: I absolutely agree! I can’t wait until we go to a new adventure again. Life here is full of surprises, and I am sure that a lot of interesting things are waiting ahead of us!
