Hello and welcome to my space! My name is Evelina, and I'm a firm believer that the greatest magic is hidden in simple, mindful moments. I'm 18 years old, and I live in an incredibly picturesque part of Romania, where mountain landscapes meet the colorful architecture of the old town. This place constantly reminds me of the importance of being in harmony with the world around me.
My morning is my sacred ritual. It doesn't start with scrolling through social media feeds or even with a cup of coffee, but with silence and an unrolled yoga mat. While the city is still waking up, I'm already spending time with myself. For me, yoga is so much more than just poses. It's a dialogue with my body, the art of listening to my breath and feeling every muscle fill with strength and calm. It's my foundation, helping me stay centered and balanced, no matter what the day brings. I'm passionate about Hatha for its grounding nature and Kundalini for its powerful energyit's the perfect balance for my body and spirit.
When it's time for creativity, I immerse myself in the meditative process of creating diamond paintings. Many see it as just a hobby, but for me, it's a whole philosophy. At first, there's just a pattern on a canvas, thousands of numbered cells. Thentiny, sparkling resins, each like a piece of the puzzle of my life. There's an incredible therapeutic power in this process: you focus on one small element, on one single action, and the whole world narrows down to the tip of the tweezers and the shimmer of the future painting. It's my active meditation, my personal stress-reliever. And in the end, when the last diamond finds its place, what is born is not just a painting, but tangible proof that patience, attention to detail, and small steps can create something grand and beautiful. I collect not only the artworks but also these feelingsfrom the process and the result.
But the main project of my life is, of course, self-development. I see my life as the most fascinating and endless quest to understand myself and the world around me. My interest isn't just theoretical; I love applying new knowledge in practice. I'm a regular at the local library, and my shelves are bursting with books on practical psychology, philosophy, and neuroscience. From Carol Dweck and her "Mindset," I learned about the power of the word "yet," and from the works of Viktor Frankl, about the inevitability of finding meaning in any circumstance. I experiment with productivity techniques, keep a gratitude journal, explore lucid dreaming, and constantly seek new ways to upgrade my skills and mindset.
I believe we are never "finished." We are eternal students in this school of life, and that's not a cause for sadness, but a reason for endless delight! Every day is a chance to become a little better, wiser, and more mindful than yesterday. I am endlessly happy that I found this corner and that you are here, reading these lines. Shall we explore this amazing path together? Let's share experiences, support each other, and remind ourselves that even in the most hectic life, we can find time for silence, creativity, and growth.
Let's grow, shine, and find magic in every day together! With love and sincere belief in your journey, Yours, Evelina.
