My Schedule
Hi, Im Liana a fitness lover whos passionate about maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. Whether Im lifting weights, going for a run, or tackling new fitness challenges, I believe in pushing my body to be strong, fit, and capable. Fitness is not just about physical transformation for me; its a way to feel empowered, confident, and ready for anything that comes my way.
When Im not working out, you can usually find me exploring new places. Traveling is one of my greatest joys, as it lets me connect with different cultures, make unforgettable memories, and feed my adventurous spirit. But after a day of discovering new destinations or a solid workout, theres nothing better than winding down with a cozy cup of cocoa and watching my favorite TV shows in the evening. Its the perfect way to relax and recharge.
Amidst my fitness goals and travel dreams, I always make sure to maintain a balance of both body and mind through yoga. Yoga allows me to stay grounded, improve my flexibility, and find mental clarity, helping me stay centered no matter how busy or adventurous life gets. Its the perfect way to stay in tune with my body, mind, and soul.
