Hi, my name is Emily. I have always been a bit of a shy and modest girl. I have always had a hard time making new acquaintances and opening up to people. I often preferred to stay in the shadows and listen, rather than step forward and show myself. However, over time, I began to realize that my shyness is just a part of my personality, and that is normal. I have become more independent and self-confident, although sometimes I still have difficulty communicating with people.

Now I try to accept myself as I am and not compare myself to others. I am learning to live in peace with my shyness and have learned to find advantages in my shortcomings. I realized that being shy does not mean being weak, but only having a special tenderness and sensitivity. I continue to work on myself and hope that with time I will be able to completely overcome my shyness and make wonderful friends and a partner who will love me exactly as I am.
