My Schedule
I was born and grew up in the charming area of Paris, surrounded by beautiful streets and cozy cafes. From an early age, I was fascinated by the atmosphere of coffee art, watching how my mother, a lover of coffee, spent a watch in a cafe, discussing the latest news with friends. From childhood, the idea of a gastronomic trip attracted. I always dreamed of trying coffee and desserts from all over the world. This inspiration made me apply a lot of coffee establishments and restaurants on the map that I was going to visit in the future.
I always looked for new places where you can taste unique varieties of coffee and delicious desserts. Culinary experiments: She loves to try different kitchens from different countries and, returning home, prepare them with her own accent. I try to travel as often as possible to expand my experience and culture.
Trips. Every summer I go to new countries to explore local coffee houses and kitchens. I have already visited Italy, where I fell in love with the traditional espresso, Japan, where I tried wonderful lifting matches, and Brazil, where I learned about the process of growing coffee. Dreams and goals. I dream of opening my own cafe where you can combine various coffee traditions and culinary delights of different cultures. Its goal is to create a space where people can enjoy the unique atmosphere of coffee and at the same time share their travels and stories.
