Hi! Im Sofia, Im 18, and basically Ive been doing sports since the moment I learned how to stand without falling over - though I still fall sometimes, but now it looks intentional! I grew up running, jumping, and convincing everyone that I totally meant to do that. Then I discovered dance, and the world suddenly made sense. Music became my therapy, the dance floor became my habitat, and stretching became my daily reminder that Im not as flexible as I think. But nothing stole my heart like High Heels dancing. Yes, I willingly choose to dance on tiny sticks attached to my shoes. Why? Because it makes me feel confident, powerful, and at least 10 centimeters taller-whats not to love?
Now I train almost every day, perfecting my moves, laughing at my own missteps, and proving that balance is a myth but attitude is everything. Movement is my lifestyle, my joy, and honestly, my best excuse for buying new heels. A pair of heels that magically dont hurt, gym clothes that fold themselves, a never-ending supply of energy, a playlist that reads my mind, and maybe just maybe the ability to dance without accidentally kicking someone.
