🔥 Where to Find the Hottest Girls in County Leitrim
Ireland's least populated county, all drumlins, lakes and the Shannon. Carrick-on-Shannon is the boating capital and the west's stag-weekend destination. Drumshanbo has the music festival and a gin distillery.
Popular spots:
Leitrim has the smallest population of any county in Ireland and it is genuinely empty in a way that is hard to find in western Europe — drumlin hills, lakes, the Shannon running along its southern edge and a scatter of small towns connected by roads that nobody else uses. Carrick-on-Shannon is the county town on the river and the boating capital of Ireland: hire cruisers go out from the marina all summer and the town has become the standard destination for stag and hen weekends in the west, which has given it a nightlife entirely out of proportion to its size. Drumshanbo has the music festival and the gin distillery, and Sliabh an Iarainn is the iron mountain.
The county's character is quiet, rural and genuinely friendly, with the fishing and the lakes as the main recreation and a real history of emigration that keeps the diaspora close.
Expect genuine remoteness, real lake talk, and a county where the population is smaller than a Dublin suburb.
