An 1894 covenant makes the hedge maze a boundary feature, and the title to the estate passes to whoever is still inside the boundary at daybreak. The maze redraws itself every night and it opens toward whatever you want most, which is how it keeps people in. There is also somebody in it with a pair of shears.
